Two out of every three colours we carry are white, and that is not an accident of buying — it is what people want.
White makes a small kitchen read bigger, it does not date the way a strong colour does, and it works against almost any cabinet finish you put under it. The difficulty is that “white” covers an enormous range, and a photograph on a phone will not tell you the difference. So we have split ours four ways.
12 colours
Little or no visible veining. The quietest surfaces we sell, and the most forgiving in a busy kitchen.
24 colours
Fine veining and gentle movement. The largest group, and for most kitchens the right one.
11 colours
Gold, brass and amber veining. For oak, walnut and warm off-white cabinets.
We also carry 25 white and marble-look colours in porcelain, including book-matched Calacatta and Statuario patterns that mirror across a waterfall end.
